VoiceMail Menu System
Accessing your VoiceMail:
- Accessing from home, dial *94
- Accessing away from home, dial the number below listed for your area.

You will then be prompted for your phone number and password. - Passwords are a four digit number of your choosing.
- Default passwords are the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- For forgotten passwords please contact customer service to have your password reset.
- A password must be supplied to access the VoiceMail system.
After accessing your VoiceMail, the automated system will inform you if you have new messages and/or old messages.
Listening to new messages:
From the main menu, press 1 to listen to your new messages. While listening to your new messages you will have the following options:
- Press 4 to listen to previously heard messages.
- Press 5 to restart the message you are currently listening to.
- Press 6 to listen to the next message.
- Press 7 to delete the current message.
- Press * to return to the main menu.
- Press # to exit the VoiceMail system.
The VoiceMail system can hold up to 30 messages (new & old combined), each message cannot exceed 2 minutes in length. After listening to your new messages, and have disconnected the VoiceMail system will automatically send any messages left (not deleted; listened to) to the Old Message folder.
Listening to old messages:
From the main menu, press 2 to listen to your old messages. While listening to your old messages you will have the following options:
- Press 4 to listen to previously heard messages.
- Press 5 to restart the message you are currently listening to.
- Press 6 to hear the next message.
- Press 7 to delete the current message.
- Press * to return to the main menu.
Setting Mailbox Options:
- Press 1 to record your Unavailable message, the auto attendant will say “After the tone say Your Unavailable Message and then press the # key.”
- Press 1 to accept your recorded Unavailable Message, the auto attendant will say “Your message has been saved.”
- Press 2 to listen to your recorded Unavailable Message.
- Press 3 to re-record your Unavailable Message.
- Press 2 to record your name, the auto attendant will say “after the tone say your name and then press the # key.”
- Press 1 to accept your recorded name, the auto attendant will say “Your message has been saved.”
- Press 2 to listen to your recorded name.
- Press 3 to re-record your recorded name.
- Press 3 to set your Mailbox Greeting.
- Press 1 to set your Mailbox Greeting to your Unavailable Message.
- Press 2 to set your Mailbox Greeting to your Name.
- Press 3 to set your Mailbox Greeting to your Phone number.
- Press * to return to the Main Menu.
- Press 4 to change your password.
- Enter your new password then press the # key.
- Re-enter your new password then press the # key.
