AP&T encourages and values a continuous candid and constructive dialogue with our customers. Any issues or complaints regarding AP&T’s services or billing which cannot be satisfactorily resolved in a reasonable amount of time at the local level, should be submitted by the complainant to AP&T in written form.

If the complainants energy or telecom concerns are not satisfied by the response received from AP&T, they may file a complaint with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska for Power or Telephone services (per 3 A.A.C. 48.120 Alaska Administrative Code).
